| Matt Ridings threw five plus shutout innings in an 11-5 Western Kentucky win over Oklahoma in his college debut Sunday, February 11. Matt gave up five hits and had two strikeouts for the Hilltoppers as they finished 2-1 in Wilmington, NC. Matt was named Sun Belt Conference pitcher of the week for his effort. Meanwhile, that same day in Houston, Mikie Minor made his Vanderbilt debut, retiring all seven batters he faced, while picking up his first college save, as the Commodores defeated Baylor 7-4 to sweep three ranked teams at Minute Maid Park.
