| Kenzie Roark signed with Virginia Tech during the early signing period. The right handed pitcher was named second-team all-state in 2006 as a junior after leading her team to a state runner-up finish. She was named the MVP of the district tournament and went 16-2 on the season with a 0.68 ERA and 99 strikeouts. With the Xplosion last year, she went 25-5 with two saves, pitching 182.0 innings with a 0.39 ERA and 259 strikeouts. After helping lead her team to a 2006 Music City Hits 18 and under title, she was named the tournament MVP and garnered the Best Pitcher Award. |
