Hitter Rule |
Shall
be an option to either or both participating
teams.
Caution!!! If you start the game with 10 players
you must end with 10 players. |

permitted in 12 & Under ages and below. |
| Pitching
Rules |
Shall
be left to the discretion of team managers.
It would be impossible For the league to police
all the playing sites for violations.
Managers, PLEASE use good judgment,
a players future may be at stake.
Caution!!!! Pitching rules will be enforced
at all national affiliated tournaments. |
| Mound Trips |
Managers
are allowed one visit to the mound per inning.
On the 2nd visit with the same pitcher, he
must be removed. If said pitcher is removed
from the game he may not return as a pitcher,
however if he remains in the game he may return
to the mound as a pitcher. |
| Offensive
Time Outs |
Teams
will be allowed one offensive time out per
inning. This does not include emergency or
official time outs called by the umpires. |
| Intentional Walks |
Pitchers
must pitch to batters in the case of an intentional
base on balls. |
| Balks |
Balks
by the pitcher shall be called, but only with
an explanation by the umpire. |
| Dropped
Third Strikes |
Batters
may attempt to reach 1st base on 3rd strikes
not fielded by the catcher if 1st base is
unoccupied and less than 2 outs or if 1st
base is occupied with 2 outs. |
| Courtesy
Runners |
Courtesy
runners are not permitted in league division
games. |
| Crash
Rule |
A
crash rule will be strictly enforced. Example,
if a runner goes out of the baseline or beyond
the base in play to take a defensive player,
he will be immediately called out. if a defensive
player blocks the baseline without possession
of the ball it will be ruled as interference.
This is a very controversial, but necessary
rule and must be a judgment call by the umpires. |
| Uniforms |
Players
must be in complete uniform, coaches are permitted
to wear shirts and shorts, but should be attired
alike. |
